Email hello@endlessriver.xyz with anything at all — a problem you hit, a payment that looks wrong, a correction to one of our ototi items, or an idea for what we should publish next.
It helps if you mention your device and OS version, the app version from the You tab, and the title of the ototi item involved. You do not need an account to get help.
Subscriptions
Ototi Premium is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so cancellations and refunds are handled in your store account: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Subscriptions on Android. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the paid period ends.
If a charge looks wrong, email us anyway — we cannot issue store refunds, but we can tell you exactly what your account shows and point you to the right request.
Restoring purchases
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the paywall and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple or Google account that paid. Saved ideas and reading progress come back with the optional sign-in in the You tab.
Your data
You can ask us to export or delete what we hold, and you can opt out of advertising measurement. The steps and the addresses are in the privacy policy, and the rules for using the app are in the Terms of Use.
